Cardiovascular Heart Disease
Cardiovascular Heart Disease is any disease of the cardiovascular system (also know as the circulatory system).
However it is normally used to refer to the progressive build up of fatty deposits (plaque) in the arteries (arteriosclerosis).

You can live with Cardiovascular Heart Disease for many years and not be aware of it.
In fact most cases are only detected after it has resulted in a heart attack or angina.
Statistics show that the majority of the population will have arteriosclerosis to a greater or lesser extent.
However changing your eating and exercising habits can slow the progression of the disease down.
It’s Your Heart. It’s Your Life.
It’s Your Choice.
